No attorney-client relationship

Using this Site, calling our help line, submitting a form, or sending us an email does not create an attorney-client relationship with The LGBT Family Law Service. Any attorney-client relationship is formed only with the independent, licensed family law attorney you may choose to retain after a referral. That relationship is governed by the attorney's own engagement agreement, fee arrangement, and the applicable rules of professional conduct.

Until you have a signed engagement agreement with an attorney, no attorney is obligated to act on your behalf, and you should not consider any communication to be privileged or confidential by virtue of an attorney-client relationship.

Affiliate / compensation disclosure
